Donation to 501 [c] 3 Charitable Organizations

ESP can donate surplus items to organizations which have been approved by the Property Accounting office. To confirm that your organization is on the approved list, please click here.

If your organization does not appear on the list please contact Janet Mears, Property Accountant, jmears@ku.edu, or call 864-5975 to be added to the approved list.

Selected items will be considered a donation. Non-profits receiving donated surplus items must present a letter listing the selected items and acknowledging transfer. Surplus items will be shown by appointment only and are available on a first-come-first-served, no-returns basis. No delivery is available.
